24-Hour Emergency Response

We define sign emergencies as anything that has a potential threat to the public. That can be anything from a drunk driver smacking into your pole sign and creating a life threatening situation, to an old sign cabinet that is simply hanging on by a thread after a wind storm. In any case, our crane and bucket truck are on call 24-hours a day. We also are available to other sign companies for installation rescue, should you have equipment failure in mid-job, or an installer not show up for work the day before your clients Grand Opening. These things happen and we will do our best to help keep these situations from damaging your client relationships.

48-Hour Non-Emergency Response

While we understand that your sign being lit is very important to you, service calls are not treated as emergencies. A service call can be expedited within 48 hours, if requested, however; we recommend that you allow us 5 business days to fit your service call into our shedule. We provide service all over the state of Arizona on a daily basis and it just makes environmental sense to plan ahead and save gas.
