One of the main complaints we have heard through the years is that customers out there can never get in touch with their sign people. Welcome to BGD. We answer our phone calls even on the road. (Preferably not while I am driving, although it happens; and preferably not while I'm on the side of a building bolting a thousand pound sign into place - that happens as well, and far too often.
